Patient Participation Group

The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

The Esher Green Patient Participation Group is now established and will hold regular meetings to discuss matters that are important to you, our patients.

The PPG is a group of patients registered with the surgery who have an interest in the services provided. The aim of the PPG is to represent patients' views and cross barriers, embracing diversity and to work in partnership with the surgery to  improve common understanding.

We are looking for more patients to join the group and the Chairman would be very happy to speak to you to provide you with more information. So, if you are interested and would like to know more, please speak to the receptionist who will pass your details onto the Practice manager or PPG Chairman will be in contact with you.
